Wine notes: A very clean but textured and lengthy wine. It’s almost sherry like with nutty overtones. Definitely for flavour crusaders who are looking for something different. Crazy high quality to price ratio as is often the case with old world wines from the less obvious regions.

Farming notes: Implementing sustainable practices with a commitment to creating a balance ecosystem in the vineyards.

Production notes: This is made in an incredibly traditional way. The wine is left in contact with the grape skins for an extended period (6 months opposed to the few hours white wines usually have).
