Info
Parade Fine Wine is a wine merchant based on Suffolk's heritage coast run by Benjamin Easey.
About:
I have been part of the Suffolk hospitality scene since 2018 when I left London to start a catering company. Lockdown had different plans for chefs on the run so I turned my focus to wine. I am currently in the latter stages of my WSET diploma and have I have a great passion for well made wine from real people. My office is at Upper Grove Farm, a smallholding where I keep pigs, sheep and guinea fowl. We have a selection of holiday cabins and run events from here.
I am a great believer in the cosmic powers of a long lunch and the wines we share. You will likely find me with a bottle at one of the fantastic local restaurants Suffolk has to offer.

Parade Wines Curation Policy
This policy outlines how wines are selected for inclusion in the Parade Wines portfolio. The goal is to provide trade and private clients with wines that are expressive, responsible, and thoughtfully produced — wines that tell a story and add genuine value to a list or cellar. These wines tend to be made in much smaller quantities than the big faceless producers that are commonly found on the shelves.
We select wines based on the following guiding principles:
Provenance
-
We favour wines with a clear sense of origin and transparency in production.
-
Preference is given to estate-bottled wines from independently owned producers
Producer Integrity
-
We prioritise growers who take a hands-on approach to viticulture and winemaking.
-
Relationships (whether direct or through trusted importers) must reflect shared values of craft, sustainability, and respect for the land.
Sustainability
-
Preference is given to wines made using organic, biodynamic, or low-intervention practices.
-
We favour producers who are committed to long-term environmental and community sustainability.
Scale
-
We work primarily with small- to medium-scale producers making wines in limited quantities. This enables us to offer unique parcels and maintain an evolving, dynamic list.
-
Quality conscious co-op’s or larger producers are only favoured when wines present exceptional value without sacrificing sustainability standards.
Style & Character
-
Wines must show balance, typicity, and character.
-
We seek out wines that complement food, respect tradition, and avoid excessive manipulation.
Selection Process
Each wine in our portfolio has been:
-
Personally tasted and approved by Parade wines
-
Assessed for commercial suitability (price point, availability, food pairings)
-
Contextualised: we ensure we can tell its story with clarity and authenticity
We work with a mix of direct imports and trusted UK-based importers who meet our sourcing standards.
Ongoing Review
-
The portfolio is constantly reviewed to ensure it reflects Parade standards and market needs.
-
Wines may be retired or rotated based on quality, vintage, availability, or strategic focus.
-
New additions must meet all criteria listed above and will be subject to internal tasting.
Transparency
I believe in honest communication. If we no longer feel a wine reflects our values or meets our standards, we will no longer offer it — regardless of commercial interest.
We are proud to recommend every wine we sell. Any questions can be directed via info@paradewines.com
FAQ's
1. What wines do you specialise in?
The more wines I try, especially at blind tastings, the wines that stand out are those that are farmed in low-intervention ways from producers who value sustainability. That said I am incredibly fond of traditional winemaking styles and love many of the classic houses, some of these icons I do stock. Those that I choose to stock in this category meet at the intersection of sustainable farming and classic winemaking. I am a fan of 'Natural Wine' but I am most interested in finding great quality wines that tell a story of place and the people that make them. I just want to drink and supply wines made by great people.
A small portion of wines I stock are conventionally farmed, from larger producers (mainly a couple of rosés), because there is a time and a place for every wine and sometimes I just want something no fuss, perhaps with ice, friends and simple food. These wines are clearly marked.
2. Do you Have a Wine Club?
My wine club is a members only buying pool. We buy monthly in bulk and the members receive their wines at a wholesale (or better) prices. Delivery is usually around a week after ordering. I have a wine list in place for members to choose from but I work with many importers and can offer good prices on a vast range of wines. For any requests that are not on our list please contact me on 07902229863 or info@paradewines.com.
3. Wholesale ordering.
Wholesale clients can order direct with me by phone (07902229863), email (info@paradewines.com) or on the website. With website orders you can choose to pay on order or via bacs. Please get in touch for tasting/trade pricing.
4. Can I order wines for delivery?
Local Delivery/Collection: Collection is free and can usually be arranged same day. We have plenty of parking for easy loading and I often have samples available to try when you pop in to see us. I can also deliver locally within 30 miles of IP17, I'm happy to do this for free but do ask you make it worth my while. I can usually deliver within a few days and please get in contact for when I am next in your area.
National delivery: We use APC's hand delivery service for national delivery. This comes at an extra cost but ensures no machine sorting ensuring your wines arrive safely. In an effort to keep prices transparent I do not bury delivery costs in the cost of your bottle and delivery is charged at the cost price. More info about prices under the next heading. To order simply place your order online, and I will carefully pack and ship your wines to your desired location. Please note that delivery options may vary depending on your location.
5. What is your pricing policy?
My main motivation is to get people drinking better wine and so I price wines on a cash margin to make them as approachable as possible. This means, particularly at the top end we can offer wines at a reasonable cost. Since I do not bury other costs (delivery/packaging etc) in the cost of the wine this may make delivery costs seem expensive but I cover this cost when ordering 24 bottles or more.
6. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.
