“Happy People Make Happy Wines”

Emmanuel, a young winemaker proud of his roots, highlights the great diversity of his terroir through his wines.

He trained in Beaune and discovered biodynamic viticulture through professional experience with pioneers of the approach: Domaine Lafarge, one of Burgundy’s most famous estates, and Burn Cottage in New Zealand.

Later, in 2020, Emmanuel narrowly saved the last remaining parcels of Gamay in Savigny, his childhood village near Lyon. The vines lie on the border of two appellations: Coteaux du Lyonnais and Beaujolais, giving each cuvée a unique identity. Gamay and Chardonnay grow on granitic soils and volcanic rocks dominated by “blue stones”.

Convinced of the importance of biodiversity and respect for natural balance, Emmanuel follows a low-intervention approach, with wines certified organic and biodynamic (or in conversion).
