Wine Info: A cult classic Rioja. The signature Tondonia profile is delicate floral perfume and fresh, mouthwatering fruit backed up by a meaty, spicy backbone. This is an incredible food wine and deserves to be served with Sunday lunch, preferably with lamb constituting your protein. 

Farming Notes: Traditional farming practices employed since the winery's inception in 1890. 

Production Notes: Blend: Tempranillo (75%), Garnacho (15%), Graciano and Mazuelo (10%). Fermentation is done in the original oak vats that are over 100 years old. Maturation for 6 years in American oak barrels which are made by in-house coopers. Fining is done traditionally with egg whites.
