Wine notes: A stunning example of complex, pure English sparkling from a family that values farming and winemaking in the right way, the slow way. Aged properly and released after a very patient half a decade. Just a fantastic wine with a perfect opulent profile suitable for the very best of occasions.  

Farming Notes: Based at Limney Farm, an ex dairy farm turned winery, the Davenports craft incredible quality sparkling and still English wines. Organic since 2000 with a solar powered winery. Vines are planted at a low density (1000 vines per hectare compared to 10,000 in some notable French regions). 

Production Notes: Wine is aged for 4 years on sediment before release giving the wine and incredible toasty richness. The wines are bottled unfired and unfiltered with minimal sulphites but despite this the wines have incredibly purity and clarity.
