That’s why we have wines like this. Somewhere between a white wine and a skin-contact wine. It’s a wonderful expression of the grapes in a unique wine. Moreish, structured and intriguing.

Farming Notes: Organic, biodynamic and nature focused.

Producer Notes: Lucie and Jules were accountants and are now stewards of these vines making every effort to farm as in tune with nature as possible.
