Farming Notes: Hand harvested from the Vallet Fréres plots in Gevrey-Chambertin, Mersault and Couchey. 50/50 destemmed and ~30% is aged in new oak.
Producer Notes: Vallet Fréres is a family business homed in Geverey Chambertin where they own the Monopole ‘clos de Justice’. They also buy from select plots in some of the best Burgundy regions.
